Within iRecon dealers can create and mange Internal Groups, which are a group of internal technicians and users in iRecon. These Internal Groups can be assigned tasks, and from there the individual assignment and management of task workflows can be “self-managed” by the Internal Group members, rather than the Dealer Admin or Manager.
