Provision Android Users – OS Update Required

To ensure your vAuto user experience is uninterrupted, you will need to update your Android device to OS 11 or later by May 20, 2025. If you are not on a supported OS and do not update prior to this deadline, you will no longer be able to access the Provision app. ​

How to Update OS Version:

• Open your device’s Settings app.
• Tap System  Software update. You’ll find your update status.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Tip: If you have a Pixel device, it may say “Software updates” or “System update.”

What This Means For You:

You should expect no changes to your user experience on the Provision app. If you are not on a supported OS and do not update prior to May 20, 2025, you will no longer be able to access the Provision app. ​
